Shipping
and Return details: |
- Most orders
will be received within 15 to 18 business
days after after processing unless the ordered
item is a special request item. Processing times
can vary between 3 to 10 business days depending
on the item purchased. The usual standard delivery
transit time is approximately 15 to 18 business
days after processing. Please allow additional
transit time for a delivery of custom ordered
items or logo garments. Custom logo details
may take an extra/and up to 15 - 20 business days
longer for delivery than non custom orders.
If your purchase is needed immediately please
let us know before placing your order. Expedited
and rush delivery: Available upon request, contact
ASE before order is placed for details.
- Note:
If you need an order to be shipped by signed for
delivery please notify us via email
and alert us to your request. An additional
fee may be required for certain signed for or
special delivery services. We can not and are
not responsible for lost parcels once they have
been delivered to your provided address.
- Europe delivery:
In order to continue offering our customers the
lowest costs possible for superior quality safety
items we have ample inventories ready worldwide.
Due to the recent European Air alerts regarding
International flights and the Volcanic ash, some
particular items may have a slight delay in delivery
during this time.
- Deliveries
outside the US may take approximately
10 to 18 days additional delivery time to receive.
- Select the
International Shipping method if placing
an order that will be shipped to any location
outside the Continental United States. This will
assure your request to arrive at your location
outside the US. This delivery type for an
order will be handled in a different shipping
manner.
- Special
delivery and overnight shipping is also
available upon request for most items.
- Due to the
changing International shipping regulations
be sure to send your request information
and/or details to Advanced Safety's attention.
Upon request you can receive the current
information and/or updates concerning shipping
rates/times regarding International package procedures.
- Additional information
may be needed from customers for International
or Military deliveries.

- Starting
December 10, 2009 returns guidelines: Some non
wearable safety items may only be returned for
an exchange. (Non wearable example: armbands,
pet collars, bike lights etc. Wearable items example:
traffic coats, bomber jackets, vests, FR clothing
etc) Under the guidelines of health and safety
we can not exchange or accept for return or refund
any personal high visibility reflective clothing
due to health issues.
- Be sure
to order the correct size. If you have
any questions regarding the item you are selecting
please phone us before ordering and we will provide
additional product information if needed.
- Any approved
item for return should be shipped back to ASE
within 3 days after receiving the product
and a return number must accompany the return.
Be sure to inspect your purchased item when you
receive it in order to be sure that your item/items
are correct and in working condition. If
you are returning your items for any reason, send
an Email
to ASE and request a return authorization
number and complete return details before
shipping your order back to us.
Include in the subject line of that email the
words: Order Return Request
In order for ASE to assist you it is very important
that the assigned return authorization number
accompany your return. All returns without
the return authorization number can not be returned
to you unless prepaid postage is enclosed. Please
print that email from ASE and include that document
with your returned item.
Safety products are not accepted for credit, refund
or replacement after 15 days.
We can not exchange or accept for a return or
refund personal clothing due to health issues.
If you have any questions regarding the item you
are selecting please phone us for additional details
if needed.
- All special order
request, discounted or sale items as well as custom
logo product purchases are not accepted for return.

Re-Stocking
Fees.
|

- We reserve
the right to impose a re-stocking fee
when necessary. This amount will be charged
only when necessary. Most of our products
are highly demanded safety products.
- All
product costs,
including shipping fees, must be paid before
orders will
be shipped. ASE expects immediate payment
at the time the order is placed unless other
arrangements
have been
made.
- A re-stocking
fee of 10% per returned item is subject to
be
charged and invoiced
to the customer via PayPal or pre- arranged
payment options.
